I have never seen such deals for Buyer’s out there than there are today. Amazing I might add as I am representing a developer on a multi-unit project located at 1425 N Detroit Street in Hollywood. My partner and I have been so creative with the deals we have put together for buyers…..and yes, the buyers walk away happy.
Not only are they getting a deal, but they are buying in a hot neighborhood and when money is dirt cheap! That combination you just can’t beat.
