If you don’t already know, interest rates have fallen yet again, this time the lowest in 2 years.

It’s time to get kNOwSEY and start investigating whether or not this is the time for you to buy.  Whatever happened to buying a home because you wanted to live in it-for a while? You know, make a neighborhood out of it. Get familiar with the postal worker, the newspaper delivery person.  You’re buying a home because you know it’s a good investment….in the long run.Buyer speculation has left plenty of homes for only the savvy to choose from.  There are plenty of choices and many seller’s are now finding themselves in a pickle: Do I offload my asset(s) in hopes to sell now and reap some equity, or do I continue to watch as my asset may potentially depreciate further? After all, we really don’t know yet where the market is heading. And if falling, how low will it go?
