“The UCLA Anderson Forecast Reports Plenty of Troubles but No Recession on the Horizon”

It sure helps to just get on the web sometimes and blindly lead yourself to finding something relevant to write about.  And with all the talk lately about the housing market slump, and the all too often roll of the “recession” dice,  I thought this topic certainly fit the qualifications. 

I have said it before and I’ll say it again, the signs of earlier recessions are truly not prevalent in today’s economy. I’m not an economist, but simply understanding that job losses are still relatively low, the local economy still strong tells me that the real estate market in and of itself is not going to trigger a recession.  Perhaps an end to the war and this Presidency will shake the country out of this nagging “ache” we are experiencing.
