There is a great Commentary in today’s issue of MarketWatch written by Irwin Kellner.  After reading it, I couldn’t help but think that it would be music to every real estate agents ears, as well as sellers.                   It may even possibly thrill home buyers who have been waiting for the bottom-but where in site was it?

I predict the bottom will come not only when the key ratio of median home prices to median household incomes reach affordable levels, but also when interest rates start to slightly increase. In which this will cause a new kind of panic to set in.  But a good panic is I might add.
