So I accomplished yet another open house today for my clients.  It went well.  A steady flow of people meandering through, talking, asking questions:  How’s the building? Does it have a pool? Where are the parking spots?  I answer them as if I am press secretary for the building.

Actually, I kinda am when you think about it.  As with any listing I take, I contact the Property Management Company as well as the HOA President to ask as many questions about the building as I can…..if I don’t already know.  As a Realtor, it certainly is my duty to be knowledgable about the “goings on” within the building.  I believe it gives not only the seller’s, but the buyer’s a sense of calmness and security in knowing the facts.  It’s what sets me apart from my competition.
