One cat’s upkeep isn’t worth a fight Question(scroll to the middle of the page):I just found out that my homeowner association condominium fees have been used to feed a feral cat that resides in the front yard of my condo. I have been told that the cat keeps rats and mice away. But I had no idea until today that hundreds of dollars of condo fees have been spent to spay her, implant a chip and feed her. I think this is an abuse of our homeowner association money. How should I handle this matter?
Answer: You should forget about it. If the homeowner association board of directors and/or the condominium management company authorized the expenditures, and since the cat is earning her keep, it sounds like a wise investment. There are bigger worries in life.
daniel’s notes: It’s a good thing they didn’t disclose the Day Spa charges.

Well would you rather have mice and rats running around?
and wouldn’t you rather have her spayed then have lots of little kittys running around? Then you would have to spend more money feeding and fixing them.
