Halloween is just around the corner and it launches the holiday season.  Decorations come out starting with cobwebs and spiders and ending with Menorahs and Christmas trees.  What is interesting to note is that most people assume this is the worst time to buy.  However, savvy shoppers know better.  Even if the market traditionally slows, buyers who are ready know this is the perfect time to negotiate with seller’s who usually want to close before year’s end.  There are a flurry of 1031 exchanges that usually happen during the last three months of the year.  So, if you are in the market and you know you’re qualified, sharpen your buyer’s instincts and get out there!  Inventory is plentiful and there are deals out to be swooped up.  You can even wear a costume to get in the holiday spirit!
