Having no homework sure would have been “drab” for me back in the day. As much as I loved going for ice cream, I couldn’t wait for the assignment to come my way. Yea right? But apparently Eileen Horowitz, the head of Temple Israel of Hollywood’s Elementary school thinks that Homework may just be “silly.” Maybe being a kid today isn’t so bad.
When it comes to buying or selling your home however, don’t dismiss the “homework” so quickly. It really is imperative and in your best interest to know who you are working with. Ask around, probe, inquire and interview that someone who is going to be representing not only you, but your most valuable asset. The first homework assignment over and above experience should be compatibility. How well do you “gel?” Do your energies collide or do they compliment one another? It’s not like spending endless nights during a semester of school. It should be no longer than a week, perhaps an hour an evening disecting the “mass” so as to zone in on the one! Do your home work folks.

I will make sure I do my homework, except I probably won’t be doing it until 2012.
