STOP THE PRESS(ES)!  Why all the negative reporting about homes in Los Angeles? Sure housing in some areas has hit a slump.  But the west side is not what is likely being reported in the masses.  [...]]]></description>

<p>I don&#8217;t think home prices on the west side will present themselves anytime soon(or even in our lifetime) in this fashion! </p>
<p>STOP THE PRESS(ES)!  Why all the negative reporting about homes in Los Angeles? Sure housing in some areas has hit a slump.  But the west side is not what is likely being reported in the masses.  Readers, please do me a favor and take in to consideration the location of the areas being hardest hit.  The old adage still applies&#8230;&#8230;location, location, location.</p>
