I don’t think home prices on the west side will present themselves anytime soon(or even in our lifetime) in this fashion! 

STOP THE PRESS(ES)!  Why all the negative reporting about homes in Los Angeles? Sure housing in some areas has hit a slump.  But the west side is not what is likely being reported in the masses.  Readers, please do me a favor and take in to consideration the location of the areas being hardest hit.  The old adage still applies……location, location, location.
